Tambapanni Collective set out to transform Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage into a modern digital experience, and Digital Disruptors helped bring that vision to life. From artisanal tea and handcrafted textiles, to boutique travel and heritage jewelry, the brand needed more than an online store, it needed a platform that made culture shoppable. With no existing e-commerce system or unified identity, we built a fully custom, hand-drawn Shopify storefront, structured over 9,000 product SKUs, and developed a content-led brand strategy centered on storytelling and craftsmanship. Tambapanni became a cultural commerce hub, offering travel and product bundles, empowering rural artisans, and appealing to diaspora markets seeking meaningful connection. This case study showcases how we transformed a fragmented ecosystem into a curated lifestyle platform, rooted in authenticity, provenance, and premium digital design.
